Shipping Policy
To avoid shipping fees, pickup your order at the Noble Beast Dog Training & Education Center at 4335 Vine St, Denver CO 80216. We charge a flat fee of $6.00 USD for all shipped items.
Noble Beast will package and ship your product the day after your order has been paid Monday - Thursday. We will use USPS to ship your product in a medium sized shipping box. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer after the package has been dropped off at the USPS location. Depending on your location, your package should arrive within 7-10 business days.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Noble Beast does not provide refunds for purchases made.
Exchanges may be performed on product that is defective from the manufacturer, unopened treats or the wrong size within 14 days of purchase. Treats will be exchanged as long as they have not been used or opened. Exchanges must have original packaging, be in new condition and have proof of purchase.
Replacements for any damaged Freedom No-Pull Harness by 2Hounds Design will go through 2Hounds Design directly, following the instructions within the packaging of the Freedom No-Pull Harness. Noble Beast does not replace damaged Freedom No-Pull Harnesses at their facility or through exchange.

Price Match In-Store Only Policy
We are committed to providing the best value to our customers and their pets. We’ll gladly match the product price of local in-store retail if the product is identical to the item in Noble Beast Dog Training Shoppe’s stock. At this time, We do not currently offer price matching for orders placed online.
